CBR Conveyor Systems Sdn Bhd is the pioneer in manufacturing and
distributing mechanical handling equipment. Incorporated since year 1988, the
company produces a variety of conveyors to customers in Malaysia and Singapore.
Mr. Ang Tuan Keong who is currently the sales and project manager of the
company, is also the main person in charge of the company’s growth and
wellbeing.
Introduction of Conveyor
In the industrial sector, transferring heavy loads from one place to
another might be difficult without proper equipment. This is when a conveyor
comes into the picture. A conveyor is basically a system that consists of a
common piece of mechanical equipment material utilized to shift or transfer loads
from one location to another. It is due to its fast and efficient load
transferring process that makes the conveyor to be widely used in packaging and
material handling industries. There are various types of conveyors as different
industries utilize the conveyors for different purposes. Our conveyor systems
are inclusive of all the conveyor components, belting and fastener.
Types of Conveyor
1) Chain conveyor
This chain conveyor system uses a fixed chain arrangement which carries a series of single pendant. In order to ensure that the loads suspended on the pendants are well transported, the chain arrangement is powered by a motor. The chain conveyor is ideal for inclined as well as horizontal conveying loads. Often used in automobile industry to transport automobile parts through paint plants.

The material handling belt conveyor is used for conveying small or medium goods like boxes within the industry while the bulk material handling belt conveyor is used to handle large quantity goods mainly from agriculture such as salt, grain, coal and lots more.

Made of stainless steel slider beds along with PVC belting that is driven by sealed motors and a high density foam core. Available in various sizes based on the types of materials or goods. Commonly used for transferring particle based materials such as cement, sand, rock, debris and many more.

4) Triple line conveyor
This triple line conveyor has three tracks to transfer heavy loads within the industry. To avoid complications and unwanted friction between the tracks, all the three tracks are available in horizontal straight line manner only. This conveyor system can be installed in a variety of lengths and widths depending on the load type and weight.
